Role & Responsibilities:
Cost engineering
- Organize, monitor, and control project costs in accordance with contractual requirements, project objectives, and the Project’s Procedures.
- Perform site surveillance to oversee and track actual work performed against contract price and project budget, review contractor progress payment against work progress claims and project milestones.
- Ensure that all project commitments are accurately reported and maintain updated final project forecasts and expenditure forecasts by means of cost analysis/ cost assessment, and in conjunction with Project Controls schedule analysis/ planning and risk assessment.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized university, or equivalent qualification and relevant experience.
- 3+ years heavy industry and complex process project experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in cost engineering, developing, and managing cost, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
