Location: Remote with site visits in Rochester, NY

Type of Employment: Full Time

Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a candidate with a key proficiency in developing process flow diagrams and documentation. The ideal applicant will excel at translating discussions with business area representatives into comprehensive process maps and written documents, effectively integrating their insights into our procedural framework.    

Other job duties include:   

• Perform a wide range of analyst assignments and resolving recurring problems independently without close supervision  
• Parse data and present in a meaningful format  
• Analyze project financials and budgets  
• Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately  
• Inspection Safety Equipment  
• Barcoding Safety Equipment  
• Utilize SAP to:  

  • Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders  

  • Troubleshoots and resolves errors or issues with attention to detail  

  • Processes receipts, accruals, and invoices as part of the purchasing process.  

Qualifications / Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field
