Area Manager - Surface Mill & Infrastructure

Overview:
Manages surface infrastructure scope, including roads, utilities, buildings, and non-process areas related to the Mill. Ensures execution meets cost, quality, and schedule KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver surface infrastructure projects, including water treatment, administration facilities, and laydown areas.
• Integrate with Mill Area and underground teams for interface alignment.
• Enforce contractor performance through KPIs and performance reviews.
• Coordinate site logistics and camp/infrastructure readiness.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Civil or Construction Engineering degree.
• 10+ years in surface works for mining or industrial facilities.
• Experience in Arctic or remote site construction considered an asset
