Type of Employment: Contract

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supports Project Manager, Construction Manager and Commission Manager sourcing materials, issuing purchase orders, tracking, expediting, managing materials and equipment manufacturing process and delivery to storage areas and project site.
• Verification of Bill of Materials
• Supplier Identification
• Commodity Lead Time Analysis
• Order Acknowledgements
• Expediting delivery
• Materials Management
• Communication to Project Managers regarding material schedules.
• Quality control
• Vendor Damage Claim Management
• Must be well versed in power delivery components and manufacturing process. Must have strong computer, analytics and organizational skills. Must be willing to function in a fast-paced environment and frequently travel to factories, job sites and storage areas.
• Preferred to have some mechanical skills.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Technical Knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledgeable in SAP.
