Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This position involves coordinating various marketing activities, creating content, managing social media platforms, and supporting the marketing team with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing.

Role & Responsibilities:
Strategy
  • Create short and long-term marketing plans and budgets.
  • Work with business units to ensure marketing efforts and initiatives align with business plans and growth strategies.
  • Evolve annual plans to remain aligned with industry marketing best practices.
  • Measure and manage the competitive landscape and evaluate target sectors' and clients' trends and service requirements.
  • Develop inbound marketing strategy and approach.
  • Develop organization-wide marketing KPI’s.
  • Lead and coordinate product and content development programs.
Brand Management
  • Monitor company adherence and compliance to branding standards
  • Find creative solutions in line with corporate brand when creating new collateral and messaging.
  • Update brand and company image as required.
Event Management
  • Work with business unit leaders to develop PTAG-hosted industry sessions.
  • Coordinate webinars and trade show events.
  • Create event collateral and messaging.
  • Organize event logistics (trade booth, flights, hotels, catering, etc.)
  • Create event promotional content and spread awareness via digital channels.
  • Research industry-leading events to participate in.
Graphic design
  • Create and update high-quality visual content that aligns with the company’s branding and aesthetic guidelines.
  • Generate creative photos, videos, and digital assets.
  • Create internal print and digital assets, including but not limited to newsletters, signage, flyers, etc.
  • Create visually compelling and impactful pitch decks, presentations, and one- or two-page documents using standard graphic design templates.
  • Ensure consistency in design while tailoring content to meet specific objectives and audience needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and new information into these presentations in a timely manner.
Social Media Platforms
  • Support PTAG’s marketing efforts across LinkedIn and other key social media platforms.
  • Manages and updates company website content and coordinates editorial calendar for social media platforms.
  • Strategize and coordinate campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and optimize our presence to ensure maximum engagement and reach.

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • College or University education in a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role or similar.
  • Strong writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g. social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with content creation and social media management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge in graphic design and digital marketing
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint), WordPress, and Canva Design.
  • Experience in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
