Administrative Assistant

PTAG Augusta, ME (Onsite) Full-Time

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Organize and schedule meetings, events, trainings, and appointments.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Prepare presentations.
  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Prepare and mail all US/UPS/Fed Ex packages.
  • Filing of materials in general

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Associate degree
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing.
  • Must have pleasant telephone manner; able to think on feet when dealing with callers.
  • Must have customer service oriented “can do” approach to work.
  • Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy.
  • Excellent problem solving and people skills also required.
  • Microsoft and PowerPoint Expertise.
